Marin, Kenshoo & Doubleclick DS3 are leading enterprise tools in paid search (PPC) bid optimization. Some of these tools cover more channels than just SEM, however we are specifically recommending them for their Google Adwords and Bing Adcenter management and bidding capabilities. We also build custom databases and bidding algorithms for our clients that help us grow and manage their paid search campaigns alongside the capabilities of third party tools.

We use these tools to manage both Google & Bing Shopping Campaigns, and leverage features for keyword management, product feed optimization, bidding, and budget allocation.

We leverage several tools for search engine optimization keyword research and competitive intelligence. Some of those include Moz, SEM Rush, Conductor & BrightEdge. However, we also have proprietary in-house reports and scripts that enable us to go one step further than the common tools on the market.
While the retargeting space is crowded with many tools, we work closely with select DSPs and retargeting vendors. Our enterprise partners include MediaMath, Chango, Criteo & Adroll which all allow us to run tightly controlled experiments that can prove out truly incremental ROI from your retargeting campaigns.
The right conversion rate optimization vendor really depends on your site architecture and risk tolerance to page load times and the “flicker effect”. For quick implementation, Optimizely & VWO are our favorites. They have drag and drop style UI's for customer experience optimization setup & testing.
We break out Social Media management into two pieces; ad buying and content / engagement management. Regarding ad buying, we can either work directly in the publisher portals on Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn or through third party tools like Marin, Kenshoo & MediaMath. For social media content management and maximizing audience engagement, we use Sprout Social, Hootsuite & Shoutlet.
There are many comparison shopping engines out there (Amazon, Shopping.com etc...), which makes it very difficult to manage them directly in their individual publisher portals. We always use a tool to consolidate shopping engine feed management and bid optimization, and recommend tools that allow us the flexibility to optimize on the individual SKU level. Using display ads for prospecting new customers is a great top of funnel approach. Depending on your scale, we can do this directly with major publishers like Google & Bing, or through third party tools. Email marketing and automation is one of the most effective ways to convert new potential customers, and further monetize existing customers. We also leverage several third party pricing tools such as Appeagle, Wiser & Teikametrics to maximize profit margins, increase revenue and win the “buy box.”
The direct mail space is extremely fragmented, and we can work with any direct mail vendor that accepts automated feeds. We recommend Lob.com, RR Donnelley and Cactus Mailing for our enterprise brands, however we are happy to work with your current or local printer as well.
On-site personalization can dramatically increase conversion rates by delivering a unique experience to each customer based on their traffic source and browsing behavior. We can leverage your ecommerce platform or a third party tool to deliver this one to one customer experience. Some of the third party personalization tools we use include Evergage, Monetate & Fanplayr.
